That's right. Will you choose self-love today? We often overextend ourselves--caring and pouring into others, neglecting our own needs. This is your little reminder that we can't continue to pour from an empty cup. 

Look over the list below and note two to three ways you can practice self-love today. Journal about the experiences you choose and repeat this prompt over the next week, keeping a log of how you feel and which acts of love fill you up!
